These courses include the plate of "six kinds of assorted raw crab."
Extra-large snow crab is used, and this includes the following dishes; tsukuri (raw) saturated with white soy sauce and kelp, tsukuri with smoked soy sauce,
lightly roasted tsukuri, tsukuri of claw with crab paste sesame ponzu sauce,
and tsukuri of shoulder meat with our homemade crab paste soy sauce.
We cook these dishes with labor. We hope you will enjoy them.
